Our Commitment to Accuracy

Friends of Merlin Woods is a volunteer community group. We aim to keep everything we publish accurate, sourced, and up to date.

How we source our information

We base our claims on independent expert reports, our direct correspondence with Galway City Council, and publicly available Council documents. Where we can, we link directly to the source — including the forestry, ecological, and zoological reports referenced in our statements — so you can read the underlying evidence yourself.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we will correct it and note the correction clearly on the relevant page. We'd rather be corrected than be wrong.

Report an error
